Philippines: Extension of Validity of Permits For Radio Communication Equipment
The Philippines National Telecommunications Commissions (NTC) issued on March 26, 2021, the Memorandum Order No. 001-03-2021 to extend the validity of NTC permits, certificates and licenses which are due to expire between March 22, 2021 and April 4, 2021.
Holders of permits and certificates have 60 days from April 4, 2021, to file for the renewal of their permits, certificates or licenses.
