Cybersecurity Evaluations and Certifications for a Safe, Secure, and Reliable Future
Today, almost everything is connected to the internet or a local network. As a result, keeping people safe when they use technology is a critical challenge. Securing devices, equipment, vehicles, and machines to safeguard consumers and critical infrastructures has become an essential part of both safety testing and connectivity testing.
DEKRA offers comprehensive cybersecurity evaluations and certification of products, processes, and systems. We work with a range of markets, including Internet of Things (IoT) consumer goods, information and communications technology (ICT), and mobility. Our services cover the full product life cycle, from design to maintenance and deployment:
- Pre-evaluation assessment in advance of a readiness test
- Risk analysis, security requirements definition, functional testing, and threat modeling
- Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing before and after product launch
- Certification against cybersecurity standards, both government regulations and private certification programs
- Cybersecurity surveillance and maintenance throughout the product life cycle
DEKRA is globally recognized for conducting independent, third-party testing. Working with our highly qualified engineers provides assurance to your customers and partners that your products, processes, and systems are safe and secure.
Cybersecurity Package
DEKRA's cybersecurity suite offers solutions to pre-assess, test, evaluate, and certify devices against widely recognized standards, such as Common Criteria (ISO 15408), FIPS 140-3 (ISO 19790), eIDAS regulation, LINCE, and GSMA – NESAS 3GPP, through our international network of labs. DEKRA is also accredited by private certification programs, such as CTIA, Amazon AVS, GSMA, and ioXt Alliance. In addition, we offer traditional cybersecurity services, such as vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
We can also evaluate your products for upcoming standards, such as ETSI EN 303 645. This standard ensures conformity to the Cybersecurity Act of 2012 for consumer IoT devices in the European Union and additional countries that may adopt the standard, such as Singapore and Australia.
