As a vice president at DEKRA, David leads the Brain-Centric Reliability™ practice area focused on human performance reliability. He is a highly requested consultant and speaker who brings his clients learnings from extensive experience in safety improvement through leadership development, organizational analysis, and effective intervention, designed with the human brain in mind.

David has designed and implemented change initiatives that have helped numerous large companies achieve performance targets through focus on employee safety, leadership development, and human performance improvements. He has become a trusted adviser to leaders around the globe, including Dubai, Emirate of Dubai; South Africa; the United Kingdom; Norway; Switzerland; Canada; Australia; and the United States.

David is a member of the Association for Talent Development and the Society for Human Resource Management and speaks at conferences regularly. He holds a master’s degree in psychology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a focus on industrial organizational psychology as a focus.
