    • based in the urban areas of Clark or Washoe County
    • gasoline powered
    • diesel powered**
    • and 1968 model year or newer
    • Newer vehicles on their 3rd registration, as 1st and 2nd are exempt. Hybrids are exempt for 5 model years.
