Certified Audits Reference
Audit Preparation – Concepts to make the audit less stressful and more efficient for the CCRC
Prior to the auditor arriving onsite:
- Review resource material sent in the invitation. Documentation includes pictures of required tools and equipment
- Log into AIR/ISTA to validate access is current
- Have a printed recent BMW R.O. (within the past year) with itemized consumables and repair procedures
- Ensure Frame Bench/Welders are accessible with model & serial numbers
- Review required tool list prior to visit and note broken/missing items
- Review Users and Training roles so training history is current at time of assessment
- Gather all required small tools into one area for ease of review or audit BMW tool cabinet to validate tools are available
- Identify team members who will assist the auditor onsite to identify tools and process-related items
- Inform team of auditor walking around the shop, and may be asking them questions directly about Processes, Training, and Tools
Parts Restrictions
CCC Integration – Enable CCC Secure Share; do less work and take less time
- CCRCs using CCC integration make less mistakes and save time
- Open CCC, then click on “Configure”
- Activation Guide with all steps is available
Post-Repair Photo Submission – 45-day Deadline

Submitting Supplements – Easily create a supplemental validation point
- Open the request to view the Repair Plan.
- Click the “Create Supplement” Button
- A “Supplementary Parts #” validation row will appear
- Enter restricted part details and attach updated estimate

- Your CCRC's Name & Your Location ID Number
- Attach the following items:
- Labeled photos clearly showing evidence of compliance
- Any written details supporting the photos, if needed
If the submitted evidence does not meet CCRC program requirements, we will advise you accordingly.
