This award recognizes the best international campaigns, marketing strategies, and communication solutions in a particular year. It is one of the most renowned competitions in the communications industry, with 7,838 companies from 46 countries taking part this time.
“We are very pleased about this internationally renowned award,” said Stephan Heigl, Director of Communication and Marketing at DEKRA. “It encourages us even more to prepare reports with convincing content and sophisticated graphics, also in the future. I would also like to thank our agency partner Strichpunkt who celebrated this great success with us in the very first year of our collaboration.”
For decades, the Red Dot Design Award has provided a platform where the very best in the industry compete with each other. In 2015 alone, Red Dot received over 17,000 applications from 70 countries overall. As a result, the competition, which is made up of three categories – Product Design, Design Concept, and Communication Design – is one of the largest design competitions in the world. The Red Dot Award: Communication Design, which was also known as the “German Award for Communication Design” until 2001, is hosted by Design Zentrum NRW each year.
