Greg Robinson works with organizational leaders to design and implement safety performance improvement strategies that produce meaningful and sustainable results.

Greg is an expert in helping clients translate assessment data that evaluate organizational culture, exposure control systems, safety leadership, organizational reliability, employee engagement, and human factors to develop comprehensive solutions that drive sustainable performance improvement. His experience spans across industries to include utilities, manufacturing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and warehousing operations.

Greg has worked globally with employees at all levels to implement change management strategies. One of his recent successes include a project for a manufacturing company that experiences a 55% reduction in their recordable rate, a 72% reduction in severity rate, and 70% reduction in annual workers compensation costs. He is also a recognized speaker on the topics of safety culture, safety leadership development, serious injury and fatality prevention, and addressing brain-centered hazards.

Prior to joining DEKRA, Greg developed programs for large, multinational organizations in the US and Asia. These projects include research to determine factors influencing new hire retention, redesign of corporate training function to create an integrated national team, developing leadership and influence skills, and creating global sales curricula to support building a customer-focused culture.

Greg received a MBA from New York University and a BBA from the University of Michigan.
