Personnel changes at DEKRA SE:
New Management Board Member of Finance, Human Resources and IT
Effective January 1, 2019, Wolfgang Linsenmaier (52) is to become a new member of the DEKRA SE Management Board. The new board member responsible for Finance, Human Resources and IT is being promoted from within the company and is currently Chairman of the Management Board of DEKRA Automobil GmbH, DEKRA’s largest single company with revenue of EUR 1.3 billion.

Linsenmaier has been with the company since 1999. He began his career as the assistant to the Director of Finance, HR and IT. From 2006, he was the Managing Director of DEKRA Automobil GmbH in charge of Finance and IT, before being made the Chairman of the Management Board in April 2018.
Thomas Müllerschön is ending his contract as a member of the Management Board expressly at his own request and by mutual agreement with the supervisory and management bodies of the company.
The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DEKRA SE, Thomas Pleines, thanks Thomas Müllerschön “for his positive, albeit short, tenure” and wishes him “all the best for his future career. I am delighted that we have been able to secure a top internal manager for this key position in Wolfgang Linsenmaier, and I am confident that with his help we will continue our successful trajectory.”

Guido Kutschera (50) will succeed Wolfgang Linsenmaier in his role as the Chairman of the Management Board of DEKRA Automobil GmbH from January 1, 2019. Within DEKRA Automobil GmbH, Kutschera was the Managing Director in charge of expert appraisals services from 2013 and, as part of the management reshuffle in June of this year, he took on responsibility for market development and thus for the management of all 75 DEKRA branches.
